1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS — NO REFUND POLICY
All products sold by Sample.Core are digital goods (downloadable audio files). Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.
This policy is in accordance with the applicable provisions of Ukrainian consumer protection law regarding digital content.
2. EXCEPTIONS
We will consider a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- You were charged but did not receive a download link within 24 hours
To request assistance, contact us within 7 days of purchase at sample.core.studio@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
